PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY:
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Online bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. All other bookings require a deposit equal to one nights’ room rate plus tax, representing the first night of the stay, which will be billed to the credit card at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to expected arrival date, or the deposit will be non-refundable.

When booking packages, full payment is due at the time of booking. Package reservations are fully refundable two weeks prior to your trip. Within two weeks the packages is non-refundable and non-changeable.
