The majority of our spacious guest rooms feature two queen beds. We also offer several two room suites. All of our guest rooms include the amenities that you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Seward. The Gateway Hotel is open seasonally. Our 2025 dates are May 16th – September 13th. Looking for other dates? Our other Seward property, Harbor 360 Hotel, is open year-round.

Our Two Bedroom Suite includes a single king bed room connected to a double queen bed room with a shared bathroom. These rooms feature free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, work desk, phone, individually controlled air conditioning, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, mini fridge, and hair dryer.
Additional Information
- Double Queen Room and King ADA Room prices are based on single/double occupancy. Suite prices are based on occupancy of up to 4 people. A $20 charge will be added for each additional guest over 11 years of age. Maximum occupancy is 4 for Double Queen Rooms, 2 for King ADA Rooms, and 6 for Suites. Some room types can accommodate a roll-away bed, which will add capacity for 1 additional person. Please call for more details.
- In the event that Gateway Hotel is sold out on your desired reservation date, please call our reservations line and we can place you on a guest room wait list.
- Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Cribs and roll-away beds can be provided at the time of check-in, based on availability. Not all room types can accomodate a roll-away bed. Please call for more details.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Reservations require a deposit equal to one nights’ room rate plus tax, representing the first night of the stay, which will be billed to the credit card at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due at check out. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to expected arrival date, or the deposit will be non-refundable.
